There's something about business cards that I've always loved. It probably has a lot to do with all the time I spent in my mom's copy store when I was growing up, seeing all the cards she designed and printed for her clients. Whatever it is, the day I got my business cards at my first real job after college made me feel like I'd arrived--even though, to be honest, the cards were pretty ugly. You might think that after ten years in the working world, the shine might have come off a bit, but today when a package from MOO.com arrived at my desk, I couldn't help but get a little excited.
Huge thanks to Liz Turner from Valley Typesetters, in Carmel Valley, CA (my hometown, which is different from Carmel Valley, the San Diego neighborhood) for helping design my awesome new logo!
